1      1 Legal Clerk II eliminated and 1 Deputy position created in the 1998 Budget

8     1 FTE Deputy position created as a Sunset Position, Res No. 2000-246              
9     3 FTE Deputy positions created as a Sunset Positions within the 2002 Budget Res No. 2001-136 amendment 5  
10     3 FTE Deputy positions created wiin the 2003 Budget Res No. 2002-143
